The Component NeoCalender, hereby referred to as 'Component' is Copyrighted exclusively by Neo Components, hereby referred to as the 'Component Vendor'. You must Read and Agree to the License agreement before installing and using the Component.

Disclaimer
The Component is provided as is; in no event shall the Component Vendor be liable for any consequences that might arise due to the use of the Component.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

Licensing
This copy of the Component is provided as a Freeware. You do not need an express license to use this Component in your Application and distribute it with your Application. However, you may not try to sell the component or any part of it.

Distribution
The Component may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of the Component without written permission from the Component Vendor.
